"Sweet Dreams" is a blend Neroli & Petitgrain oil has a woodsy, slightly haunting aroma with immense health benefits, with Sweet Orange and Lavender. both are potent relaxants, it eases rapid pulse rate by relaxing your nerves, thereby soothing your body as well as mind, allowing you to drift of to sleep. Neroli essential oil is a very precious oil produced from blossoms of the Bitter Orange tree. The essential oil is both a sedative and overall tonic to the nervous system, and can be beneficial for most stress-related disorders of an emotional origin. The oil has been said to treat heart palpitations, relieve insomnia and reduce nervousness.

Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium var. amara) essential oil is very similar to Orange Blossom (Neroli) essential oil; this is because they are both obtained from the bitter Orange tree. Petitgrain essential oil has several health benefits and uses for human beings because it keeps the nervous system at normal levels. It is very effective for stress related conditions. It soothes and calms the human brain. It relaxes the human body and reduces blood pressure.

Sweet Orange unlike most essential oils that are extracted using steam distillation, most citrus oils including Orange Oil are extracted by cold pressing the rinds of the orange. This oil is basically citrus, yet fruity and sweet, with a warm spicy floral quality and is reminiscent of neroli as well as lavender oil. .This fresh smelling essential oil is a favorite in aromatherapy and is great for creating a more relaxed and happy feeling.

This tree is native to South East Asia, but was introduced to Europe, and particularly Italy and is also found in the Ivory Coast, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria.

Bergamot oil is made from a tree that can grow up to four meters high, with star-shaped flowers and smooth leaves, bearing citrus fruit resembling a cross between an orange and a grapefruit, but in a pear-shape. You would think that candles held a prominent place in aromatherapy. They are a practical yet beautiful light/heat source, and candles can be so wonderfully aromatic. They add a beautiful, ambient touch to a romantic evening, help add an air of relaxation and calmness at bath time and provide a sense of comfort. Candles are used in religious ceremonies, in meditation and in so many other applications where a sense of enlightenment, relaxation or calm is sought.

There's no law or guidelines on the use of the term "aromatherapy" so any manufacturer, even those that include synthetic ingredients in their candles, can slap the word "aromatherapy" onto their label.  You may see "Aromatherapy" in local retail stores.. most likely the products are scented with synthetic fragrances, contain chemicals.

Holistic aromatherapy focuses and emphasizes the use of all natural ingredients whenever possible. Most candles are not all natural, even if they are marketed with the word aromatherapy.
