Aromatherapy for the Bedroom (Day 2)

Imagine yourself finally settling down in bed for the evening. Everything is just the way you want it, yet it feels like something is missing. You close your eyes and take a deep breath... inhale and exhale completely.

What do you smell?

Sadly, most people smell nothing or even worse: something unpleasant. Aromatherapy for the bedroom can create the ambiance you are looking for. Using pure aromatherapy products can turn the bedroom into a sanctuary after a long day. There are few things better than collapsing into a cozy bed and falling asleep with the serene scent of pure aromatherapy essential oils. Aromatherapy fragrances have been used as room scents and medicinal agents for thousands of years. Each essential oil has its own unique signature, some being soothing and calming, some stimulating or having an aphrodisiac effect. Aromatherapy for the bedroom can create serenity and lull you into dreamland.

Here are the oils to try:

1. Lavender well known for its sedative properties and for its ability to help calm stress and anxiety and to help promote sleep. Lavender Oil is floral, fresh, sweet, herbaceous and sometimes slightly fruity.

As of January 25th I will be offering Lavender Aromatherapy Candles, to start just 8 oz Jars. http://www.aesthetic-candles.com/lavender-maillette
