The event was created by Trina Messano and Jason Longo, of Doggie Cakes to offer a pet-friendly festival to Pasco County. For 2016, the proceeds will be donated to The Furbabies Foundation Inc., a local non-profit animal organization. Many other rescue groups will be present with their adoptable pets and message.
