Aromatherapy for the Bedroom (Day 3)



Aromatherapy for the bedroom can create serenity and lull you into dreamland.  Here are the oils to try: 


Mandarin Essential Oil
Bergamot Essential Oil
  • Mandarin: although the oil is a common sedative, but it sedating action is more relaxing and calming nervous afflictions and disturbances, it takes away stress and anxiety. Called "the children's remedy" in France for its broad range of soothing effects. Mandarin provides fruity citrus oil possessing a neroli-like floral nuance.  I am planning to add this scent to my Aromatherapy Offering

 
 
  • Bergamot:  may assist in reducing anxiety and depression. Bergamot essential oil is subtle and uplifting, uniting the one of the most enticing perfume aromas with the possibility of powerful healing effects. Bergamot is rich, sweet-tart aroma.
