The word dill probably comes from an Anglo-Saxon word dylla that means
"to lull". As a flower essence it refers to living in a stressful world
without being pulled off track from your divine plan.
The Vikings cultivated a plant they called "dilla," or "soothing," as a remedy for colic in babies.
Among the earliest medicinal herbs, Dill is known for its effect on the digestive, respiratory and endocrine systems. Balancing to hormones; may benefit juvenile acne resulting from hormonal changes and improper diet.
Blends With: Lemon, Carrot Seed, Frankincense, Turmuric, Inula and Rosemary
Its scent is clear, spicy, herbaceous, and clean. This is an essential, generally ingested BUT only after consulting with a Certified Aromatherapist.
