Aromatherapy with Eucalyptus radiata essential oil

Eucalyptus radiata is cooling, refreshing, and energizing. Lighter in smell than Eucalyptus globulus, it has many of the same supportive properties.

Because it is relatively gentle and nonirritating, it is the preferred choice for children. Still, essential oils should be blended with a carrier oil before you use it on your child or your skin.

This variety is one of the most versatile of the eucalyptus oils and is suitable for topical use, diffusing, and even direct inhalation.

Eucalyptus radiata essential oil is a highly effective antiviral oil. It also works well as an expectorant. It can be used when there is loose mucus that is not easily brought up. It is also a well known powerful antiseptic. In fact, it has been a popular ingredient in many over-the-counter medicines used to relieve cold, cough and sore throat.

Blends well with basil, cedarwood, lemon, vetiver, peppermint and clary sage.

This is one of the lesser expensive essential oils, you should be able to purchase an ounce for less than $10.00

Have a great day,
